About Use
Our vision is to be a healthy church that is ready to go, share the Gospel, and make disciples of Jesus.
We desire to be a church where Jesus Christ is at the center and where people grow in their relationship with Him. A church that lives in holiness and looks forward with expectation to the return of Jesus — ready for her Lord.
At the same time, Light House should be a church full of life and joy. A place where we love coming together and celebrating, where people are connected, accept one another, and support each other.
As a church, we do not want to live only within our own community. We want to be visible and go out to people. We want to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, walk alongside people, and help them become disciples of Jesus themselves.
And when people are in need, we want to stand together and help. We believe that a healthy church does not only speak about love but lives out that love toward one another and toward the people around us.
A church that loves Jesus, is connected as a family, and is ready to go.
Our Pastors
Deborah Hoppe
Deborah was born and raised in Poland and lived in London, England, for several years, where she became aware of the issue of human trafficking. With a Master’s degree in Education and a qualification in Human Resources, she is passionate about raising awareness and taking action against human trafficking.
She is the author of the book Silent is Golden, which was published as part of “Every-One,” a project she founded to raise awareness of human trafficking in Poland and among Polish communities around the world.
Her vision is to work together with governments, organizations, businesses, churches, and individuals to confront human trafficking in our time. She believes that education through talks, workshops, and events can make an important contribution toward achieving this goal.
Deborah also loves helping people discover their God-given potential and pursue their dreams. She does this through her work as a personal coach, mentor, and pastor.
For three years, she served as a leader at Hillsong Church in London, where she was responsible for an interpreting team covering nine different languages and was involved in international conferences.
Deborah also completed a two-year Bible College program at Charis Bible College in Poland, further deepening her biblical training and preparation for ministry.

Gerd Hoppe
Gerd was born and raised in Germany. After many years as an entrepreneur, including 16 years running his own business, he decided to follow his calling into Christian ministry.
He completed three years at Charis Bible College — two years in Germany and an additional year in South Africa, with a focus on leadership. There, he deepened his biblical knowledge and prepared for Christian ministry.
In the years that followed, Gerd gained a wide range of practical experience working with people from different backgrounds and life situations. He encountered people experiencing homelessness, the sick, children, and people facing difficult circumstances. What became especially important to him was helping people experience the love of God, listening to them, and praying for them.
His heart is to encourage people, share Jesus with them, and help them discover God’s love and the freedom that Jesus Christ gives. He is also passionate about praying for people — for both physical and inner healing.
